Course Objectives:

By the end of this training program, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify types of chemicals and methods of handling,
  2. Understand the potential hazards of chemicals,
  3. Understand information contained in SDS,
  4. Handle chemicals safely according to chemical information and procedures,
  5. Emergency response due to chemical spillage

  5. Respond effectively to chemical spills, including containment, isolation, and clean-up procedures.
  6. Understand the importance of immediate response and communication during a chemical spill emergency
